Grand Dining Room

The Grand Dining Room is a study in stateliness, a tribute to the spirit of Europe's marquee five-star hotel restaurants that inspired its dignified yet convivial ambiance. Handsomely decorated in rich woods, designer tapestry fabrics and oversized armchairs, the expansive dining area exudes classic splendor. This signature dining experience has always offered a bevy of delicious Continental dishes, and now a fresh and new array of options brings you even more exciting choices, as well as an incredible spectrum of global flavors and an all new Executive Chef's Tasting Menu. As variety is essential to your satisfaction, menus change daily with an expansive choice of at least 10 appetizers, soups and salads and 10 dinner entrées, along with healthy options such as Aquamar Vitality Cuisine, gourmet vegetarian selections and the most extensive array of plant-based dishes at sea.

Polo Grill

Polo Grill embodies all the elements of a classic steakhouse, expressing them with timeless reverence. Mindful of tradition, the decor features crisp, white linen tablecloths, dark wood furnishings and supple, high-back, burgundy leather chairs. Each course stands as the very definition of time-honored favorites, most notably the beef dishes, all of which are certified Black Angus USDA Prime and dry aged to enhance tenderness and flavor. Succulent seafood dishes such as grilled swordfish and whole Maine lobster gratinée are also classics in their own right. The classic Caesar salad, too, is prepared according to tradition, tableside and with gusto.

Toscana

Toscana means Tuscan, and just as Tuscan cuisine evolved from rich family traditions, many of our recipes originated with the mothers and grandmothers of our own Italian culinary staff. Presented on elegant, custom-designed Versace china, masterfully prepared dishes exemplify the essence of Tuscany and celebrate Italy's culinary passion. Perhaps the evening begins with the octopus carpaccio with Champagne vinaigrette or the artichoke and parmesan cheese timbale with black truffle sauce. Classic dishes from other regions of Northern Italy are featured as well, such as the minestrone alla Genovese, lasagna alforno alla Bolognese and osso buco alla Milanese.

Jacques

Exquisitely decorated with heirloom antiques, pickled wood furnishings and art from Jacques Pépin's personal collection, Jacques was modeled after a Parisian bistro. Comfortable and eclectic, the ambiance is pure French, as is the cosmopolitan yet wonderfully embraceable cuisine. Luscious aromas waft from the gleaming show rotisserie, where chicken, duck, pork, beef and veal roasts slowly turn. Each dish is a classic, ingeniously reinterpreted by Master Chef Pépin. Rotisserie roasted chicken falls off the bone, bursting with flavor, while his sea bass fillet pairs exquisitely with beurre blanc.

Red Ginger

With a nod to feng shui, Red Ginger radiates harmony and tranquility. The interior simply glows with ebony woods, ruby red leathers and striking, modern Asian artworks. To complement the stunning decor, Red Ginger's chefs have created contemporary interpretations of Asian classics. Begin with a salad of spicy roast duck and watermelon with cashews, mint and Thai basil. Savor a Malaysian beef penaeng with coconut rice and paratha roti. Or try Thai vegetable curry with sweet potatoes, aubergine, mushrooms and basil in green curry sauce. In Red Ginger, the gustatory pleasures are as striking as the visual ones.

Waves Grill

Sometimes, the ultimate luxury is casual dining on all-American favorites, a laid-back style Waves Grill epitomizes. Located in a spacious, shaded area steps from the swimming pool, Waves Grill offers an extensive and mouthwatering menu. Then try a decadent dessert such as a homemade passion fruit sorbet, a made-to-order hot fudge sundae, a hand-dipped milkshake or one of the new, whimsical ice cream flavors by Humphry Slocombe, such as Secret Breakfast, Elvis (the Fat Years) or our signature flavor, Regatta Royale.

Terrace Cafe

Informal and carefree, the Terrace Café is wonderfully inviting any time of day. During breakfast, the room is infused with natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows, stimulating the appetite for the sumptuous selections. Come lunch, the expansive menu of international-inspired dishes changes entirely, complemented by a flavorful roast and the magic of the pizzeria's oven. Dine inside or alfresco at one of the shaded teak tables on the terrace. During the evenings, the cuisine takes on a more sophisticated flair, with lobster tails, chops and fresh fish prepared to order, and freshly made hand-cut sushi and sashimi. In addition, a diverse selection of bold and flavorful plant-based dishes is available.

What are the US Passport requirements?

As of June 1, 2010, per the US State department, all United States citizens now NEED A PASSPORT to return to the United States following a cruise. To avoid problems, the cruise line will not allow you to embark without a valid passport! Don't try it because there are no refunds if you are not allowed to board the ship.
 
This is a September 2025 cruise, so you have plenty of time to apply for your United States passport, or update your non-US Passport. Non-US citizens are responsible to verify if you will need a Visa for your specific nationality.

What Gratuities are included in the gratuities and port charges

All dining and stateroom gratuities are included in your additional charges fees. This eliminates all of the envelope gratuities payments from past cruise experiences. Alcoholic beverages, soda, and coffee drinks are not included in the gratuities, therefore Oceania Cruises will automatically add 18% to each of your individual bar tabs.
 
Additional tips are always welcome for the crew members that go the extra mile for you, especially your bartenders and room stewards.

What are the rules of conduct on-board?

This is considered an OFF PREMISE VACATION PARTY. We want you to clearly understand the terms to which we have agreed with the cruise line to bring you this unique Lifestyles Cruise® Experience. Our hope is to continue to offer Lifestyles Cruise® charters, and with your help in adhering to the rules listed below:
 

• Nudity will be allowed at all pool areas and spa tubs while you are on board the ship. Nudity is not allowed in any food area except the pool deck snack bars. (when docked at a port, clothing is required)
• NO SEX in front of cruise line employees! This includes the hundreds of cameras around the ship!
• Discretion should be exercised with public displays of affection (PDA's) Security will be strong at this event. You will be removed from the ship at the next port if you are caught having any sex in public areas! This is very embarrassing, so please don''t break the rules. Dedicated "Play Rooms"and your stateroom should be used for sexual activity.
• We always recommend safe sexual practices.
• Please properly dispose of any used safe sex products in TRASH CANS when using playrooms. Also DO NOT flush anything down the toilets that did not come from your body or the ship supplied toilet paper. Anything else will jamb up the vacuum toilet system and your neighbors will not like you much!
• Sexually explicit games are fun, just remember there are limits to how far you can take it when in public and being watched by the security cameras. We want you to have fun, just use discretion so we are allowed back next year.
• For the comfort of the cruises staff, all cabin doors must be closed.
• Under no circumstances is the ship's crew allowed to fraternize with the passengers. This is grounds for immediate dismissal of the crew member.
• Please treat all areas with respect, just as you would in a hotel, any other public space, or even your own home.
